The company was founded in March 2010, and its legal representative is Zhao Dan. The company covers an area of 210 million square meters, with a building area of 9,000 square meters and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is a joint-stock company. At present, the company has 60 employees, and has established Liaoning Provincial Engineering and Technology Research Center, including 12 scientific and technical personnel with college degree or above, and 6 with senior professional titles. The company has complete production equipment: 2 CNC flame cutting machines, 2 universal milling machines, 2 80 rocker drills, 1 50 rocker drill, 1 30 rocker drill, 1 CNC group drill, and 2 heat exchanger plate production lines. Two 6000-ton CNC hydraulic presses, one 8000-ton CNC hydraulic press, four hydraulic presses, one air press, one set of nondestructive testing, one set of X-ray testing equipment and 92 sets of other small and medium-sized equipment. Annual production of 3000 plate heat exchangers, 260 sets of heat exchangers, 400 sets of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, 150 sets of spiral plate heat exchangers and 80 sets of floating coil heat exchangers.
